What Shipping Methods does GeekOutfits Support?

We have 2 shipping methods.

  1. Free Shipping: No Cost; shipping Tracking Number not provided.
  2. Standard Shipping: Fee; shipping Tracking information provided. 

The total shipping cost will depend on the following:

  1. The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard, and Expedited Shipping options).
  2. The destination country where the package will be delivered.
  3. The number of items in your order; and the total weight and volume (size) of the parcel.

Our system will calculate the total cost automatically after you choose the items and shipping method.

How do I track my Package?

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you of your tracking information via your GeekOutfits account or through your e-mail.

 

WHERE TO FIND MY TRACKING NO.?

  1. In your Account:
  • Log into your account at geekoutfits.com and find your orders.
  • Find the Tracking No. on your order list
  1. In the Delivery Notification E-mail
  • Check the delivery notification email from us and find the Tracking No.

    WHERE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE?

    • If the Tracking No. has 11 digits, you are unable to track the shipping, as these orders are subject to free shipping
    • If the Tracking No. starts and ends with 2 letters (Example: LS268215212CN), click here to track your package.
    • If the Tracking No. has 16 digits or letters (Example: 4006318000116785 & BRE1033063011425) click here to track your package.
    • If the Tracking No. has 18 digits & letters (Example: 1ZY16W78YW92969062) click here to track your package.
    • If the Tracking No. has 10 digits (Example: 2847365861) click here to track your package.

    Please Note:

    • Tracking information may be updated 1-3 business days from the shipping date.
    • If you are unable to find any Tracking No. on your order list, we are still preparing your order.
    • If you see more than 1 Tracking No. on your order list, we have shipped your orders in multiple packages.
    • If you find that only some items have a Tracking No., we are still preparing the shipment of the remaining items.
    • If the Tracking No. has 11 digits (Example: 70075154575), you are unable to track the shipping, as these orders are subject to free shipping.

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    We are unable to change the shipping address for items that have already been shipped.

    Prior to shipping your package, while we are preparing it for shipment, you can contact us to apply for a change of address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be successful.

    What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

    Please log into your account and find your Tracking No.

    Free Shipping: Because your items are subject to free shipping, they are unable to track while shipping. If you do not receive the parcel within 45-60 business days from the date of shipping, please contact us to confirm the shipping address.

    Standard Shipping: If you do not receive the parcel within 25-30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us to confirm the shipping address.

    Parcel may be delayed for the following reasons:

    1. Custom clearance and unexpected bad weather.
    2. Local shipping agent delayed processing.
    3. Incomplete or wrong address.

    We do sincerely hope that you can kindly wait for parcels as they are on their way.

    If the items have not been shipped, you can contact us for exchange the item or request a refund.

     

    Why am I unable to track any shipping information?

    1. If you choose free shipping, your parcel does not include a shipping tracking number, expect to receive the parcel within 10-20 days of the shipping date. 
    2. Your parcel may have just shipped out. It will take 1-3 business days for us to update the status online.
    3. Your parcel may be processing, you can log into your account to check if your order has shipped or not.

    How long does it take to ship an order?

    Order processing normally takes 1-8 business days.

    Please see the following estimated delivery times:

    • Free Shipping: 8-18 business days
    • Standard: 8-12 business days

    Will my parcel be charged customs and import taxes?

    Please read following details for the tax and custom details:

    1. Orders may need to clear customs in your country. The cost depends on your country’s custom policy and rules.
    2. Import duties, taxes, or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company for customs upon delivery.
    3. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
    4. Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and delays that are caused by the customs and international trade process.

    Returns & Refunds

    What is your return policy?

    While no items are eligible for returns, we’re committed to your order.

    At Geekoutfits, we’re committed to you. We are able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end. Therefore, we cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances.

    If a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find you a satisfactory solution.

    How do I track my Package?

    After your order has been shipped, we will notify you of your tracking information via your GeekOutfits account or through your e-mail.

      Can I return or exchange an item if I don't like it?

      As you know, we have posted our return policy next to every item. Please be sure to check out return policy prior to purchasing an item.

      Because we don’t support returns, if you send back an item, you will be subject to a shipping fee that may cost more than the product itself. You can check with your local post office for details.

      To accommodate any inconvenience due to our return policy, we are happy to provide you a discount on your future orders.

      What should I do if there is a size or color difference with the original item in your shop?


      Please Note: We list the size chart next to each item. Please be sure to check your size prior to purchasing an item.

      We consider the item’s size to be wrong if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch).

      Please contact us and include with your message pictures, order number, and item number. Upon receiving your message, we will be in touch with you shortly.

      If an item you have received has size or color problem, please do the following:

      • For Color issues: If you received an item which is the wrong color, please contact us with the order number, the item number, and photos. We will look into it and get back to you asap.
      • For Size issues: If you received a size different than that which you ordered, please contact us with the order number, the item number, and photos of the item. We will check and get back to you asap. 

      What should O do if there is an item missing from my order?

      Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels.

      Please log into your account to check the tracking number of each item.

      If you find more than one Tracking Number, we have shipped the order in multiple parcels.

      Items with same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time.

      If you are missing an item that was included in a parcel please contact us.

        Can I get a refund if the price has changes since I ordered it?

        As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions, and demand from customers. This means an item can change in price after you've purchased it.

        Unfortunately, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the price difference after you have ordered an item.

        Payment

        What payment method can I use?

        We support 3 payment methods:

        1. Credit Card: You can pay via credit card (Visa & MasterCard) without a Paypal account.
        2. Paypal Standard Payment: This method requires you to have a PayPal account. You will need to log in to your PayPal account for this method.
        3. Paypal Credit Card: You can pay via credit card (Visa & MasterCard)


        Please note, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

        Why did my payment fail?

        If your payment for an order has failed, it may be due to the following situations:


        CVV/CVC Code: The CVV/CVC code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card as shown in the example below.



        Please note that an incorrect CVV/CVC code can cause payment failure. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.


        Working Credit Card: Please note that we only accept Visa and MasterCard.


        Insufficient funds: If you see an “Insufficient Funds” error when you make payment with your credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account in order to proceed.


        Exceed Credit Card limits: Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit.


        Verification failed: If your order has been canceled for security reasons, your payment will not be sent to us. In this situation, some banks will hold the payment for up to 7 business days before releasing it back to the cardholder. Contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions about this. To proceed with your order, use another payment method.

        What should I do if I have been overcharged for my order?

        We are sorry if you've been charged more than what you were expecting for your order.

        The following scenarios may affect the prices of an order:

        Currency Exchange Rate:
        Customers are charged in the currency that is selected at the checkout page when they place an order. If your local currency is different from the currency you selected on the checkout page, your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate.

        To avoid this in the future, located "Currency:" on the top right corner of any page, then go to the drop-down arrow and confirm your selection from the list.

        All our prices will then be shown in your chosen currency and you'll be charged in that currency if it's still selected when you reach the checkout.

        If I canceled my order, when will I get my money back?

        Upon canceling an order, it typically takes 3-10 business days to get your money back, depending on your bank.

        If the funds have not been released within 10 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

        How does GeeOutfits protect my credit card information?

        When paying online, your details are protected by VeriSign SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available). We do not save any of your account information as the payment is taken with the official PayPal method.

          What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?

          In the event that your card is no longer in use when a refund is being issued, your refund will still go back onto the card used on your order as long as the credit card account is still valid. When a card is lost, stolen or canceled, are still able to issue a refund.

          We are unable to refund your order to a card other than that which your order was placed with.

          If you don’t get the refund within 10 working days after we completed it, please contact us.
